Exchange and Return Policy
Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers is part of our mission. In order to respect your rights, we have created a "Return or Exchange Policy, based on the Consumer Protection Code, showing that the relationship between us and you is based on trust.
Read below the necessary procedures when they occur:
Any product purchased through our site may be exchanged if:
1) Product defect
Breakdown - Immediately notify the call center or by email to arrange for replacement of the product. We will not accept claims later than 7 days after receipt of the product.
Malfunctions and malfunctions - If detected within 7 calendar
, they will be resolved directly through our call center or by email.
If detected after 7 days, they should be directed to the Authorized Service Station of the manufacturer. The Authorized Service Station will have up to 30 days to repair / repair the product under Warranty, otherwise the customer will have the right to:

In this case, it will be necessary to return the product to us in its original packaging, with accessories, manuals, invoice and a copy of the technical report.
We will ship a new product and upon delivery, the carrier will collect the product to be exchanged. If we do not have a similar product in stock, the customer will have the right to exchange for another of equal or greater value, thus paying the difference in cash, or wait for it to enter our stock.
In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the product, he must contact within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original packaging, with accessories, manuals and invoice. The customer has the right to use the credit and exchange for another product or request cancellation.
We will collect the product at the place of delivery and as soon as it returns to our distribution center, we will refund the amount already paid, being that:
- the freight charge will not be refunded -
on the credit card, the refund can take place on up to 2 subsequent invoices; remembering that this procedure is under the responsibility of the credit card administrator, the credit in the current account will be made in 10 working days
- on the card, if you have already made any payment, it will be deposited in your current account. Otherwise, just disregard the payment book.
We reserve the right to cancel purchases in exceptional cases such as:
- Failure to approve the purchase by the credit card company. Before the cancellation, the company will contact you by email or telephone offering another payment option;
- Failure to pay for the purchase. If the purchase is not paid by the due date, the purchase will be automatically canceled. If you want you can redo your order with a new payment date.
- Data does not match or no data. If the data provided by the customer is not confirmed, the customer will receive a notice via e-mail and may contact you to provide new data or even change those already sent. If the customer does not return the contact and confirms the information, the purchase will be canceled
